Her commitment to excellence reflects not only her clinical skill but also her deep understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of healing. I had the honor of meeting Ms. Sandra in 2024 when she became my home healthcare nurse. At that time, I was suffering from open wounds on both legs that had refused to heal since 2021, despite treatment from multiple doctors, home healthcare nurses, and wound care professionals. I had endured painful procedures, repeated surgeries, and numerous staph infections. Many previous providers struggled with communication and coordination of care—yet Ms. Sandra was different. She listened attentively to my concerns, answered every question with patience, and maintained clear communication with my physicians. She even provided detailed checklists for me to follow and promptly relayed any medical updates as needed. It was only after Ms. Sandra took over my care that my wounds began to heal properly.
