I’ve really enjoyed working with Zach Parrish. He’s always out in the community connecting with and serving seniors throughout Jacksonville, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he helps. Great guy and always dependable. Highly recommend!
The doctor was OK. He seemed like he was very concerning but I have asthma. There is so much cologne and plug-in fragrance in the office that I got sick. I got sick going to the doctors office. Doctors office is not supposed to have fragrance or cologne for people who have breathing problems. I don't know how many times I'm gonna be able to go back there. I had to come home and use a nebulizer just to feel better. The office was nice and clean too many plug-ins if you have asthma or bronchitis, don't go in that office.
I am very grateful that an Agent told me about Jeanell McLaurin. She is such a wonderful person. She is caring and has a big heart. I am a Christian and I know I was meant to be her patient. She is so sharp. She looked over my file and told me things that the other doctor who I had but retired. God moves in mysterious ways. I also wrote a review on Twan but I don't see it. Jeanell has such a big wonderful heart also. When I talked to her today to let Jeanell know that I had a new phone number. In the middle of the conversation, I said to her, I know who you are. You are the one who helped me find the button to flush the toilet. We laughed together. I had never seen a toilet with the flush button in the back of the toilet. Jeannel, I know things are tight but do you think that you could give Twan and Melania a pay raise? Hello again, I will like to wish all the mothers a happy Mother's Day. Melania is so sweet. I know her parents are so proud of her. Than is so sweet also. I know everyone is so sick of me praising them but they are so wonderful, shouldn't they be praised? Yes I am going to praise Ms. Jenelle again, she is also so wonderful. Now getting back to my favorite young ladies who are Melania and Twain what do I have to do or where do I have to go for these wonderful ladies to get a nice pay raise? Times are so hard these days and they work so hard and they are so dedicated. I was on another site and wrote about them but I believe it was a virus. Thank you and I will see you soon. the PA is amazing, I really liked and felt seen and heard by her. The staff on the other hand is terrible. They barely acknowledge your presence, and have no idea how to treat people with anxiety. I am looking to change offices.
Very happy with my first appointment..Dr. very knowledgeable..he looked at all the results from other Dr's and ER results..referrals and upcoming lab work..sure will be recommended to all my senior friends..
