I did a chassis delivery for these guys. I would rate 0 if I could. Because a company employee yelled at me for no reason. I haven't had this yet. Shoreside Logistics you should have a conversation with your employees about communication with people, and who help you do your business
Top Tier Professionals!! Dean, Derrick & Tom are what’s needed in the trucking industry today for sure!! Fairness, honesty and dedication to the craft of diesel engine repair and maintenance. I had a very good experience to my surprise, from the genuinely kind staff of Shoreside, which extended very clean & comfy facilities to include showers, laundry, exercise area, WiFi, lounge and office spaces. I’m most impressed that everything was priced upfront, well communicated and organized and quite reasonable. I DEFINITELY recommend this place for prompt, knowledgeable and professional diagnostic diesel repairs and maintenance!!!
I just recently had my 2017 Freightliner Cascadia serviced by Shoreside Logistics. To say I am pleased with the experience there, would be the understatement of the year. I was totally satisfied with the level of quality, service, and professionalism I received from Dennis (Shop Manager) and his team. Service technicians Derrick and Tommy made sure that the work was completed as quickly and comprehensively as possible with minimal downtime. I would absolutely recommend this shop and plan to use their services for many years to come. Thanks again and God bless!
Been dealing with this company going on 7 years now. Never have they been on strike as another person posted all trucking companies have there ups and downs but I can honestly say they are one of the best container carriers in the area
