If I could leave negative stars I would. First they put me in a room that was actually decent, but after a few days moved me to a room that reeked of smoke and mold. We made the best of it and cleaned it ourselves because we are staying here out of necessity. Then the water pipe busted and flooded not only our room but our neighbors and room right behind us. No compensation. Cleaning and drying our own personal towels was enough for them. Only to be harassed by staff Brandy and Ariel that it's ridiculous that we don't pay pet fee (during the flooding btw) on time all the while no compensation for the room flooding and destroying my property. Asked for hotel owner information and given the runaround. Horrible place with horrible customer service. Verbatim from Brandy: "It's a hotel. Things happen at hotels"

The staff, desk clerk and so called security guard-both males, smelled like alcohol. It took the clerk almost an hour to check me in- at midnight. When I checked out,the female desk clerk barely acknowledged my existence, she was busy flirting and exchanging birthday information and phone numbers with a male. The place has ROACHES. Multiple roaches. The room door security lock was broken. The TV signal kept going out-buffering. The sink was clogged. The property was filthy. The ONLY good thing that I can say about the place is that the bed was comfortable and the linen smelled clean.

The reception was a nice young lady and although it wasn’t her fault when I got to the room it was disgusting. Roaches ran across the room when we first opened the door . You can tell housekeeping did not change the sheets from the guest prior and also the bathroom was also disgusting. I immediately went to the front to discuss my concerns and request a refund . I was given the managers email ;emailed three times along with the pictures I have and never heard anything back(over a period of about two weeks ) After a week and a half I called back letting them know if she did not give me at least a call back I would have to dispute with my bank. Still nothing. communication with this manager is terrible . You will never hear from her. I will never recommend this motel .

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I strongly recommend that you do not book a stay here. The rooms are in terrible condition, and the overall atmosphere feels unsafe and uncomfortable. Anyone can freely access the property and use the facilities, including individuals who are not guests. During my stay, I even observed homeless individuals entering and using the hotel's common areas, which made me feel extremely unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and pleasant place to stay. I only stayed one night out of the seven nights I had originally booked because I no longer felt safe or comfortable at this property. Despite checking out early, the hotel refused to issue a refund for the unused nights. I ultimately had to dispute the charges with my bank in order to recover my money. That alone speaks volumes about how this hotel treats its guests.
