Great service! We stopped in without an appointment, and they were still able to get us in and resolve our issue the same day. We originally came in for a second opinion and were impressed with their professionalism and thorough explanation of the problem and decided to have the repair done with them. Steve was incredibly helpful, taking the time to clearly explain the repair and answer our questions. The entire experience was smooth and low-stress. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

After receiving a mailer from this Apex location I realized my new car was overdue for its first oil change, so I decided to give them a try - it was quick and easy to book an appointment online. The shop is clean and comfortable, service time and price was reasonable. Customer service was exceptional - Steve Little is personable and knowledgeable. He was glad to answer my questions and offered good advice. It was a very pleasant experience, like talking to a new neighbor. I was hoping to find a local auto service shop for maintenance and future needs…I believe I have.

We've been going to this Apex for the good part of a year and Steve and Joel have taken care of us every time. They are up front and honest and genuinely just want to help out. I will definitely continue to bring my car here when I need any fixes! High recommend!

We took in our car in because it had a tire with a slow leak. They took a look and said they couldn't find anything. We asked them to look again. They did and found a tiny pin sized hole. Fixed it. When we went to pick the car back up, the didn't even charge us.😱 Shockingly, Super Nice.
