This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an automotive repair shop. The repairs were not completed correctly. The manager lied to me on two separate occasions. Once on the phone and once to my face. The store offers a military discount but does not give one. They tried to sell me parts and services that were not required to repair my vehicle. If it were not for the fact that the repairs are so expensive and they have to honor my warranty, I would take my vehicle to another shop. The vehicle was promised to be fixed and returned three separate times and all three times failed to be repaired and delivered. After having another repair shop run tests and I presented them to the shop, the mechanic disregarded them and tried to have me purchase more parts. Gaskets were reused causing leaks. I hope I am the only one who was cheated and lied to, but I think not. The only bright point was dealing with 'Frizzy' in the office.
I am beyond pleased with my service and the money I saved. I only wish I had come here earlier. I recommend Apex Tire and Auto to any and every one, especially single women. The guys thought outside the box and fixed my a/c. I am now a customer for life.
As a woman, it is hard to go to an auto shop by yourself. Apex made my experience the best I’ve had at any service center and I’ve been to them all. The greeting by Amp, the answer to all my questions, and the advice on options made me want to spend my money with them. I am going to be sure to come here for all my service needs. Thank you, Apex, for making a woman feel comfortable about going in an auto shop alone again.
Just brought my 2019 Ram truck in for AC diagnostic. The tech confirmed it was blowing at 73 degrees which has been tolerable. Called me earlier in the day confirming no leaks and that the compressor was going bad. Decided against the $1700 repair. Picked it up later same day and the AC was blowing like the heat was on. Called back immediately and informed them of the situation. Now they claim there is a leak which conflicts with earlier assessment. Just paid $115 for my AC to not work at all now. Don’t recommend.
Unbelievably poor service, don’t go to this shop and save yourself the time and headache, I had an appointment at the blanding shop but apparently they don’t do warranty work so they sent me to this one, I took it in and they looked at it and later in the day I called and they said by the time I got there my car would be done, when I get there it’s not done and they ordered the wrong part, how they did that is beyond me as I gave them an itemized listed on what exactly needs to be done because it was just inspected by another shop. They quite literally said I could pick it up the following day (Saturday) I was okay with this because their website and even their front door says on Saturdays they’re open until Four, I was working Saturday and kept calling them to no answer so I’d leave a voicemail and then I went there after work they were closed and they’re closed on Sundays, what was supposed to take an afternoon took almost 4 days to get my car back, it came back with the paint covered in oil around the hood, the first person I dealt with was incredibly rude, and they never returned my calls, the whole experience was terrible. Do not bring your car here unless you’re willing to part with it for longer than you expect.
