I had such a great experience while visiting from out of town! The gym itself was clean and had a variety of equipment. However, the customer service really stood out. Melanie was incredibly responsive and accommodating from the start. She also noticed that I wasn’t able to pick up my guest pass until a couple days after purchasing it and proactively extended it so I could enjoy the full week. Such a thoughtful gesture that I didn’t even think to ask for! Everyone was welcoming, the process was easy, and I genuinely enjoyed working out here all week. I’ll absolutely be back anytime I’m in town. Highly recommend!
I really cant say enough about how great this gym is. All the equipment is brand new and well maintained. They even have extra bands and work out mats to use. I enjoy getting there for the morning times. Grabbing a shower and getting on with my day. I also signed up for the training classes offered by trainers specific to your needs.
I love this gym. It has everything you need, is immaculately clean, fairly priced, nice aesthetic, and super friendly owners. I highly recommend! Support small business!
I am visiting for 3 weeks so I did a temporary membership and I am so impressed with Apex! It was SO easy to sign up! They offer a VARIETY of options that will fit your needs! I didn’t realize I had to pick up a fob (due to my lack of reading) so when I wanted to go to the gym during off hours, I called the number on the door and they let me in! I just picked up the fob later that day and picking up the fob was so easy too! It’s a great, friendly, and very clean gym!! I HIGHLY recommend!! Also I want to add that I got this impression on day 1…that should tell you everything you need to know!! :)
This is hands down the best gym in the Middleburg area. There's plenty of space and a very good assortment of machines. They also have dumbells up to 150 lbs, which is nice. It's very clean, and the music selection is great.
