One can assume his proficiency is in the legal world since he is an attorney. Like anything else there's top shelf and bottom of the barrel I would think he leans toward the bottom of the barrel. Per one of his clients he has conversations with both his client and witnesses telling two different stories and pitting them against each other. As well per his client he does his follow-up with potential witnesses through his client leaving himself out of the equation. Most people would prefer an attorney that keeps everything in writing that way there is accountability in both directions. A good attorney should be able to recognize both the risk and reward regarding both their clients and potential witnesses without having multiple conversations with both parties. So this attorney is either blind in that sense or just doesn't care.
