Antica St. Augustine Apartments

Antica is absolutely gorgeous! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and the entire community feels so modern and upscale. The leasing team was welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend checking Antica out if you’re apartment hunting in St. Augustine!

What a beautiful community! Antica Apartments truly impressed me from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience wonderful. The property is stylish,well-maintained, and inviting. You can tell they take pride in their community. I would definitely recommend Antica Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home

Jaw dropping community, in every aspect!! The entire team has been so helpful and informative as well, and you can tell they really care and love this community and the residents! The community and apartments themselves are honestly straight out of Architectural Digest! Beautiful designed and decorated, I fell in love at first tour 😍!

My family and I toured Antica on a weekday evening, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Shannon told us she could not show us the amenities because they were closing within the hour. We had come to tour the property, and seeing the amenities was something we were really looking forward to, as well as seeing the pictures online and being excited to tour. It was frustrating to leave without getting to see everything we wanted to see. Honestly, the overall experience was not welcoming at all. The staff came across as stuck up and seemed uninterested in assisting us. We did not feel welcomed or valued, and it honestly felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Matthew, the Assistant Manager, and Shannon, the Leasing Consultant, could really improve the way they treat potential residents. Additionally, the other Leasing Consultant, Joan, and Property Manager, Chelsea, did not even greet us either. For a brand-new apartment community, I expected a much more elevated experience. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left such a bad impression that my family and I decided to look at other communities instead. Hopefully, things improve as time goes on, but our experience was concerning, especially for a community that has only recently opened. First impressions matter, and ours was not a good one. I would not recommend Antica based on our tour experience. If you are looking for an apartment within the area, I would recommend checking out Lago St. Augustine, Tapestry Palmera, or Terrassa and seeing how your experience compares to this. A beautiful new property is not enough if the people working there cannot even make you feel welcome.
