I went in last Thursday trying to find a new pair of shoes for myself. Raven came over and helped me pick out the best shoe that fit me the best. She was so patient and let me try so many different kinds! And I found the perfect shoe! Will definitely come back to be styled by Raven!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Anthropologie in the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, thanks to Kim and Halley! They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and attended to. Kim’s product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping experience delightful, while Hailey’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Together, they created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me eager to return. Highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing their exceptional service!
When receiving a small gift card, I really like theirs which allows for small gift selection. Their gift cards have pretty floral design. I love Anthropologie floral and lace design. I do not know where I would find myself without it. I do not support boho as I find their items to be fitted, classic, floral, lace, detailed, high quality, and feminine. Unfortunately, after washing, time, and wear their clothing does not work. What material are they using? I enjoy having some of their houseware. ☕️ 🌸
Be very careful in buying gifts from Anthro. If you do not have a receipt you cannot get store credit or ANYTHING, not even at a sale price. You or your friend that received the gift are merely out of luck. This was a great store to get gifts from. No longer unfortunately. Corporate needs to correct this.
I found some great items today at the Jacksonville location and the staff there was amazing both on the floor and in the dressing room!
