After lightning took our home recommendations for rebuild brought me to Anthem homes. What a great team. Everyone in the organization is top notch and provided thoughtful information leading to an excellent design package. The construction timeline went quickly but quality was always fore front. I was able to be at the job site almost daily and almost every deviation I found was already noted by Quinn and on track to be corrected

They say that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Well, in my case that saying did not prove to be true. As an architect that completed over 1,200 projects up north, I was very nervous to start my own new house construction on Amelia Island. We have been living here full time for seven years and have seen many projects fall apart. So, when Chris Keller said that he can build a new house on time and on budget, I was skeptical. Turns out I did not have to worry. Anthem Homes built a new house in nine months and under budget! It was not easy, we had frost when we started foundation work, external issues (tariffs, dwindling workforce, etc), impossible parking situation, small lot (had to juggle subcontractors) but they built the house in nine months. They specialize in new house construction, but they also take on larger renovation projects. Chris and his team were very easy to work with and the result is amazing. You get a job supervisor assigned to your project and total financial transparency. Throughout the job, I had live access to a spreadsheet with every payment clearly shown. During my 40 years of designing and building I have met over 100 builders. Most would overpromise and under-deliver. Short list is short: just three builders. Now I can add fourth builder.

Chris and Quinn Keller of Anthem Homes are exceptional. We built a house in Florida while living in Montana. My husband and I were initially full of trepidation. This was quickly replaced with comfort as we were sent daily photos and reports. Frankly, we were blown away by how quickly the house went up, their meticulous attention to detail, and the genuine personal investment both Chris and Quinn had in the outcome. They worked with our budget and helped us to stay on target. Since moving in, I have had several new neighbors that witnessed the construction state that Chris and Quinn were on site daily, including many weekends. My parents were on site often as well and stated that they could not believe the level of efficiency and care at the construction site. My husband is an architect and designed the home. Despite being a new plan to the Anthem team, they successfully executed every detail. We worked through all questions and decisions without issue. They also showed the utmost patience with our (my) ; ) frequent questions. I feel like the Anthem Homes team has become part of our "circle" of people and couldn't feel more blessed. On-time, on-budget. Appreciate the great craftsmanship from Anthem and their team of partners. Pretty much four months from slab to delivery, pretty amazing relative to what I see around the island for custom homes. We thank the whole Anthem team!
