I purchased four years ago and my experience with Taylor Morrison was impeccable. Completely satisfied with the finance team and the closing agents. I will certainly do business with Taylor Morrison Mortgage Loan Company again!
These are some of the worst built homes I’ve come across in Jacksonville, as a current HVAC tech and former custom house builder I can confidently say these homes are slapped together with toothpicks and cardboard. I shouldn’t be coming out to fix these AC systems as much as I do, these homes are hardly even 2 years old and don’t have overflow protection switches on the primary drain line… 3 homes I have been to in he pst 4 months with ceiling damage from water overflowing out of AC unit…..
We are happy with our home. Good quality construction materials. Appliances , kitchen bathrroom cabinets, kitchen counters and bathrooms are amazing. Everything works just fine.
Great
Very happy with my home!
