I've bought four homes over the years, and working with Anna on Amelia Island was by far the easiest experience of them all. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly well connected in the Fernandina Beach area. When we found a few homes we were interested in, Anna scheduled every showing for the same day, which saved us so much time and made comparing them easy. Once we chose our home, she guided us through the fastest and most seamless closing we've ever had. There were no surprises and no stress, just clear communication every step of the way. Anna went above and beyond after the sale too, making sure we had all the local information we needed for utilities and getting settled in the area. That kind of personal touch is rare, and it made a real difference. If you're buying on Amelia Island or in Fernandina Beach, I can't recommend Anna highly enough. Truly an amazing experience!
Anna has helped us be house successful in 4 transactions!! She responded quickly to my very first request to see a home and she knew I was passionate about living in the neighborhood. She negotiated a deal for us that won me the house. We were so impressed with her attention to detail and personality that we used her three more times! Each transaction was thorough, informative and most important Lucrative! We did decide to move out of Florida but if we ever come back I will definitely look up Anna.
Anna is a reliable, professional, friendly, flexable, courteous, detailed, knowledgeable and fun agent who cares about your needs and desires when you are house hunting and is just a good and honest person to know. We still stay in touch and my daughter told me Anna would be her agent when she is ready to search for a home. I recommend Anna for any of your real estate needs.
Anna has been so helpful with 2 home buys in 2 years. She is a project manager that knows the ins & outs of real estate not just a sales person. We highly recommend her.
Anna was great to work with from start to finish. She took a lot of stress out of the home buying experience by communicating quickly and often with us. The process was seamless and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!
