Anna is amazing! I love this Women’s Health Nocatee location as well. It’s a brand new facility, and there’s never a wait in the waiting room to see my provider (much quicker than the Baptist South location). The staff listens well and answers questions. I never felt rushed, but still got in and out without any long waits. Highly recommend for any OB/GYN needs!
Anna Finley was wonderful. She was kind and made the appointment very calming the check-in process at the front desk was awful. The two girls appeared to not want to be at work and were borderline rude. When I walked up to the desk, The one girl looked at me like I had two heads And said we’ll call you. I said should I check in so you know who I am? Then another girl came around the back asked me my name handed me a chart and said we’ll call you, not even a good morning! the check-in process at this location Is not clear and then to be treated like I was bothering them, made it even worse, although Anna Finley was very nice, I will not be going back to the Nocatee location for any Dr services.
