Angel Kids Pediatrics - Northside

Been coming here for a few months since moving to Jax - have had great experiences so far! Check in is smooth with little to no paperwork to fill out each time. Wait times have been less than 10min with maybe one or two other families in the waiting area whenever we go, and the hospitality and service has been very accommodating for us. We enjoy seeing our PA, Jesus Davila-Rosa who’s been very engaging with our 8 month old. He also gives out board books every appointment - which is soo kind of him to do! We had a medical emergency a few weeks ago with our little one and when we went to the ER one early morning I made sure to notify Angel Kids too - their Triage/Nurse line was super helpful in getting us a follow up appointment after the emergency. My only con would be the location - not in the best part of town (to me) but the facility on site is tucked away from the main road and hidden by privacy fences/gate with security giving me some reassurance. Highly recommend this practice!

Hazues at Angel Kids Pediatrics has been absolutely wonderful with my kids! He is patient, caring, attentive, and always takes the time to listen and make sure I understand everything. I truly appreciate how comfortable and cared for my children feel during their visits. It’s such a blessing to have a pediatric provider who genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend Mr. Hazues and Angel Kids Pediatrics! ❤️

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr Burger is rude,a liar and overall terrible. Called to get a telehealth to get referrals , was told we could everything was fine then all of a sudden we have to now be seen in person apparently over medication that my child is seeing a psychiatrist for, which is part of his treatment plan and has been established already and we have a care coordinator ,which I let Angie know and she also tried to explain to the dr and he brushed her off as well (Angie was amazing by the way -thank YOU ma’am for your effort ). again explained my child has attended all follow ups and is seeing uf and he insisted we still have to come in. So we did Then at the appointment he proceeded to lie and say” I didn’t know ,if I would have know this and that I wouldn’t have told you to come in “ straight lying through his teeth. He was told multiple times about the follow ups and my child seeing a psychiatrist.Then started barking orders tried to alter/change does and stop my child’s medication without permission when he clearly knows nothing and didn’t care to listen to what we or anyone including his staff had told him already -my child is on established medicine that we are actively seeing THE PSYCHIATRIST for. Avoid him at all cost. Probably didn’t even do the referrals either like he was supposed to like the appointment WE PAID for.
