Angle Kids Amelia Island is the best place to bring your children. We have been with them for over 5 years and they are amazing. Each time that my kids are seeing you don't have to go through any of the prior problems or the what seems that they have they remember everything and they make you feel like family. So nice to have a doctor for your kids that remembers everything about them that you don't have to repeat that they're on they remember everything about their patients. They are truly like family whether you see Dr West or his two nurse practitioners they all three love you kids that they see in the office staff is amazing. If you are looking for a new pediatrician I highly recommend that you bring your children to Angel kids not only do they just have their doctors they have Telehealth visits which I've had to utilize a few times and they have gone great. They have psychiatrists and psychologists within their company that does assessments on children or behavioral issues which my grandson has along with autism they did all the diagnosis for me and with my granddaughter she suffers with mental health issues all the assessments there. Their patient care coordinators I work with two of them and they call me every week they are so wonderful with getting all the referrals done speaking to the places that they're doing the referrals for and getting everything set up they call and check on the kids weekly to see how they're doing and if they need anything else which has made life much easier with the disabilities that they have. Sometimes I don't know if I could do all the things that I have to do without the help of Angel Kids Pediatrics from the doctors to the staff and everybody that works together as a team to make angel kids work smoothly and to be a caring Place for not only your children but for yourself.
Ugh, I hate to leave a bad review on a pediatricians office but the only good thing this place has is one female pediatrician. I can’t even remember her name but the first time we went, the nurse gave my son a vaccination and his leg started bleeding everywhere, like a lot. I knew it wasn’t normal and she played it off like it was. The last few times we’ve been the front desk girl is also our nurse and it just seems super unprofessional, half the time they are sitting there eating at the window or the lobby feels grimey. They always seem short staffed and Dr. West always made me feel uncomfortable. I feel like they are always rushing us and don’t take their time with the kids. Going to try and find a new pediatrician office.
We recently switched to Angel Pediatrics in Fernandina Beach, and today was supposed to be our first visit. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We had two scheduled appointments—one at 9:00 AM and another at 9:15 AM. At 8:37 AM, I called the office to let them know I had to briefly turn around to grab my wallet. I was clearly told there was a 15-minute grace period. We arrived at 9:06 AM, well within that grace period. After spending about 10 minutes completing intake paperwork, we were told that one appointment would need to be rescheduled due to timing. We confirmed a new date, and almost immediately after that, we were then told that both appointments now needed to be rescheduled because of time. I was 6 minutes late, had two appointments, and was told ahead of time that there was a grace period. One of my children was overdue to be seen, yet no effort was made to accommodate even one appointment. This resulted in wasted time, lost income from my day, and unnecessary frustration—especially when the situation could have been handled reasonably. Very poor first impression and not the level of care or professionalism I expect from a pediatric office

Absolutely wonderful staff! Very informational and made me feel my child feel very welcomed and not scared of the doctor at all. We haven’t had the best doctor visit lately from other doctors office, but this one will always be our number one from here on out! the front desk ladies were outstanding!!
