Food, 10 out of 10. Some of the best we have had. Good value and portion for the money. Seasoning was on point, meat was perfectly juicy and tender. The service, 10 out of 10. Our server (unfortunately didnt get her name) was very attentive. The atmosphere was nice, decorated well, great charm, but the AC was out, and by the looks, there may be some undermaintenance happening which is concerning in a restaurant this size. The owner, or manager, bought every box fan they had by the looks, which made it just on this side of tollerable. We will happily try the other locations or this one again, as the food was the star, even if we sweat a little in the late July evening, in a dining room.
Lovely food, not shy on flavor green colored decor uplifts your mood. Guacamole is perfect and so are the meat based starters. They don’t shy away from flavor. Order Spanish-style options instead of the American-style for full experience. Great place for tacos and drinks. Very hospitable and hard working staff. I liked the vibe of the place only because of the staff. Huge crowds are welcome!
What a delightful place to eat for lunch! I ordered the shrimp rice bowl with the cilantro dressing on my shrimp and lettuce. Yum! And Glenn was so professional in his table service and checking if I liked my food and on the look out for anything else I needed. His menu options and suggestions were on point!
We have been coming to this restaurant for years, but today’s visit was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. I am a vegetarian, and in the past the staff has always been accommodating by suggesting dishes that could be made vegetarian. Today, however, we were told they have never done that. When we asked to speak with the manager, she responded with a great deal of attitude, saying that employees were not allowed to make those suggestions and that they had not been doing their jobs correctly. Her response was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, her attitude wasn’t limited to our table. We also witnessed her being rude to customers seated next to us. Our food took an extremely long time to arrive, and when we politely asked for an update, we were met with even more attitude rather than an apology or explanation. To make matters worse, the food itself was disappointing and did not taste good. It felt as though customer service and food quality were no longer priorities. The manager appeared completely unconcerned about the experience guests were having. This restaurant has significantly declined from what it once was. We will not be returning, and I sincerely hope upper management takes the numerous customer complaints seriously and addresses the issues with management and service before more loyal customers decide to leave as well.
Minus one star to charging a premium for paying with a credit card. Otherwise : cool vibes, good food, friendly staff. I enjoed the rice bowl with chicken - generous serving and tasty. Reasonably fast service. Attentive, they make sure you know the options for the dishes you order
