Eddie and his team provided me with excellent service! I had a unique real estate property and tried to find lending with reasonable terms but was unable to with other brokers. I was referred to Eddie and he quickly found a lender that provided terms I was looking for. He's very knowledgeable, explain concepts well, and he's a genuinely nice guy. His team is equally skillful, professional, and personable. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and how they went above and beyond to provide me with lending solutions.
If you need help with buying a house and maybe credit is a problem then you need to see Eddie. He will guide you through the process with ease. He communicates each and all requests for financial information needed from you and truly makes the house purchasing process easy. If no problem with your credit then he makes it even easier by being in touch with his clients through the entire process. I would truly recommend Eddie for all your home buying experience.
I went through 8 lenders within a year and no one could get me approved for the money Eddie did. Within the first 5 minutes of having my credit report he was able to tell me the issues I was having and why I couldn't get approved for more than 240K. None of the other companies or credit unions I tried to get money with could tell me the things Edie did in all of 5 minutes. Would absolutely recommend using ANE Lending, especially if you are having issues getting financing like I was.
