Kady has been amazing both with selling our one home and purchasing another. The market today seldom lets a house sell in 10 days, but Kady worked her magic and we had 2 great offers come through within a week and a half. She has kept us up to date as the process has moved forward, she has been our rock throughout and has always had our best interests at heart. We can't say enough about her character, dedication and hard work. We know that without her we would never have come through both transactions so smoothly. She is the best of the best!
Kady was a fantastic help with making our move all the way from Maryland to Florida. She made the transition smooth and worry free. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had with out ever making us feel like we were a bother. She had a wealth of knowledge on both the homes and renovations that might be possible. We loved working with her.
Selling our home with Kady was an amazing experience! Her bubbly personality, positive energy, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. She was always communicative, organized, and proactive every step of the way. From marketing the home to keeping us updated throughout the process, she truly went above and beyond. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help sell our home, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Kady is such a gem of an agent and I can't say enough nice things about this superstar. I am an out of state client and she made the process as smooth and easy in way that above and beyond. Her team made all the repairs and staged my home beautifully to sell within 10days! She took the initative at all stages of the process and was always quick to assist with any needs. She was professional and just an all around nice person to work with. Can't recommend her enough!
Kady is an amazing realtor who truly cares about her clients. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about real estate, from flipping homes to helping buyers and sellers find the right fit. What really sets her apart is her compassion — she listens, advocates, and genuinely wants people to find their dream home, not just make a transaction. Highly recommend!
