⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amy and Andy Anderson were absolutely incredible throughout both the sale of our Cormorant home and the purchase of our new home on Barbosa. Managing both transactions at the same time could have been extremely stressful, but they made the entire process feel organized, manageable, and far less overwhelming. Amy and Andy are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about the people they represent. They were always available to answer questions, explain each step, and make sure we felt comfortable and informed before making any decisions. They worked extremely well together as a husband-and-wife team, and their different strengths made us feel fully supported from beginning to end. What stood out most was that we never felt like just another transaction. They took the time to understand what we needed, advocated for us, and remained patient and encouraging throughout every challenge that came along. Their dedication helped us successfully close one important chapter at Cormorant and begin an exciting new one at Barbosa. Amy and Andy Anderson at Anderson Realty did a terrific job selling our St. Augustine home. As we were considering a move, they were encouraging about listing our home and provided data to show we could make the numbers work. Amy and Andy were amazing! They were a great help in getting my elderly father into a condo community with great amenities, most important of which was an elevator. Andy was very patient with us as we began our condo hunt in March and closed in August of '25. Cannot sing their praises enough. If you're looking to buy in the Jacksonville/Saint Augustine area, you should give them a call!
Our track record spans over 12 years, and Anderson Realty has always impressed! Most recently, we were faced with selling our family home in order to relocate out of state for a job.
