Sarah, Rebecca, and Mary are the most compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable therapists I have worked with in a very long time. Rebecca and Mary use science based techniques to help clients get through whatever challenges they may face. I was able to save a broken relationship with the help of Mary and Rebecca, as well as fix the problems within myself. Sarah the owner is a great, and understanding boss and person. She is very knowledgeable and is working on a Doctorates and leads with compassion, which has been shown very evidently in the time I've been a patient. 5/5!!

My partner and I worked with Bernadette for couples therapy, but unfortunately she was not a good fit for us. We often felt that our core concerns were brushed aside and minimized, important topics weren’t being addressed in a meaningful way, and a safe environment for both parties was not created. Instead of feeling supported and guided, we often left sessions feeling more disconnected and discouraged. Our experience was that the sessions were too structured to her topics and lacked the responsiveness we needed to discuss things important to us. At times it seemed like difficult but necessary topics were avoided, which left us feeling unheard and frustrated. We ultimately decided to discontinue with And Then There is You and seek a therapist at another facility whose approach is better suited for our specific needs.

Sarah is most helpful to me about my thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way. She has helped me learn new ways to cope and help myself through my issues. She is a huge benefit to my life.
