He used to do lawn care for a rental property, and one day, he just stopped coming and didn’t call me. He didn’t say anything. I had to rush to find a new company to continue the service. Years later, I ran into the same problem and found his number in my phone. Thought I’d give him another try. I spoke to the owner, he explained that back then, he had gotten sick and wasn’t able to continue working, but that he’d be happy to come by the Next day and take care of the lawn. So, I thought anybody could get sick. Things happen in life, but it’s been over a week, and he has not shown up to cut the grass; as a result, the association, CC, and their attorney have sent a threatening letter. I do not recommend this person, and I will be deleting his information from my phone so I don’t make this mistake again. Thanks for nothing!!!
Reid came over to give us a quote, said he was going to do our lawn maintenance for us, then ghosted us. I texted to ask when he was going to come start service and he never texted us back. Even after we had told him how unprofessional our last landscaper was. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
Reid had been doing my lawn for almost a year now and it has been worth every penny! Very professional and does the most to ensure my lawn looks top notch every visit. Highly recommend giving him a call if you’re looking for lawn service!
I have used countless lawn care companies and was never satisfied with the quality and efficiency that they mirrored. I ran into Ancient City Lawn Care on Facebook and now know what I was missing out on. The owner (Reid) is very responsive and takes pride in his work. They strive for the best results and truly care about their customers. Ditch your other lawn care businesses and use Ancient City, you won’t regret it.
Detailed and efficient! As a local realtor, I’m always in need of a landscaper and Reid knows exactly what he’s doing! Fast, efficient, and no highball pricing, just straight forward quotes! No matter how big or small the job, him and his team will get it handled! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
