Hanna Home Services has worked with Anchor Termite and Pest Control on many transactions, and they consistently deliver excellent service. Their team is reliable, knowledgeable, and thorough, helping ensure pest and termite concerns are properly addressed without causing unnecessary delays in the transaction process. They communicate clearly, show up when scheduled, and provide the documentation needed quickly, which helps keep closings on track. Just as important, they take the time to explain findings and treatment options in a way that is easy for clients to understand. Anchor Termite and Pest Control is a trusted, professional company that takes great care of their customers. Hanna Home Services is always confident recommending them.
I urgently needed pest control services due to some tenants leaving the property, and I’m so glad I found Chris. He responded immediately, went to the house first thing the next morning, and handled the issue with great professionalism. Chris was very kind, took the time to explain the situation clearly, and stayed in close communication throughout the entire process. I feel very lucky to have found him — I 100% recommend this company! They are fair, reliable, and truly professional.
Chris is knowledgeable, kind, and very honest! We’ve been through a couple of pest control companies and he’s the only one that has been consistent about trying to fix our bug issues. Also, getting rid of them. I highly recommend Chris for pest control!
