Anastasia Medical Group

I need physical therapy for a sports injury and my insurance company recommended Anastasia Medical Group. I reached out to them last Thursday to book an appointment online. Once I filled out their online form they sent me an automated email confirming my information and mentioned that they would be contacting me in 24 hours or less to schedule my appointment. I expected to hear back from them last Friday but didn't so I sent them a second online message requesting an appointment. Later that evening I received a second automated email from them stating they are still working on my appointment request. Now it is Monday 5pm and they still haven't contacted me to schedule an appointment. How am I supposed to trust a medical group for physical therapy when a human being can't even contact me to schedule an appointment? Seems like a shoddy business to me. I guess it's time to look for another physical therapist.

Dr. Ryan Pereira has taken care of me for nearly a year now! I had a negative prognosis by another physician and when I was sent to Dr. Pereira for a second opinion, he was very positive and encouraging. The previous doctor had concerns that my foot would need to be amputated due to the injury, but Dr. Pereira refused to let that injury be the end of my foot. He did an ankle fusion procedure and has worked with me diligently for the past 10 months to get me to walk again. The staff at this office are wonderful and always treat me like I am important. They have worked with me, my health insurance, and my family care doctors to make sure I get the best treatment. We live about an hour and a half away, and we happily make the drive to see Dr. Periera because we know I am in the best hands with him! For anyone with foot issues or in need of a second opinion, we highly recommend Dr. Periera and the staff at Anastasia Medical Group!

Moving here from a large metropolitan area that offers state of the art care, I searched for a Podiatrist and General Practitioner for two years. Dr. Pereira, Dr. Neerukonda, and Cindy Chaconas (Physical Therapist) have all provided excellent care. Dr. Pereira did an exceptional job correcting my hammer toe. Cindy Chaconas provided excellent post surgery physical therapy. Dr. Neerukonda spent over 90 minutes with me during my new patient appointment. He is thorough and listens to his patients. The office staff and nurses are attentive and very professional. I am ecstatic to have found a medical group that exceeds my expectations.

Took my son to see Dr. Pereira this afternoon. First time at the office and the staff was courteous and professional. Excellent attention to detail! He swiftly assessed my son's foot and corrected the issue in one visit. After one successful visit we are happily making referrals to friends and family.
