This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my LIFE!!!!! I excused the first appointment thinking maybe this is just Dr. Manuel personality but 3 visit later I felt she was so condescending very nonchalant and didn’t care of what I was asking. I asked clarifying questions due to her being my primary doctor and was told she didn’t handle certain to go to a specialist. I have seen many primary care physicians that helped me with things I couldn’t get to a specialist right away. This last visit sent me through the roof when she told me she think I should find someone else for treatment. She is not friendly, no bedside manners AT ALL and just now seeing these reviews I knew I wasn’t wrong with how I felt. I DO NOT SUGGEST GOING TO HER AND I WILL BE LOOKING INTO FURTHER ACTIONS TOWARDS HER. SHE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB BECAUSE SEEMS AS IF SHE GETS PAID TO DO NOTHING BUT ACT AS IF SHE HELPS THEN REFERS YOU OUT TO A SPECIALIST FOR SOMETHING SHE COULD OF HANDLED OR AT LEAST LOOKED INTO AND STARTED…….

I am extremely disappointed and frankly disturbed by the level of care and professionalism I experienced with this PCP. During my visit, I was treated with a complete lack of respect, compassion, and basic human decency. The provider was dismissive, rude, and spoke to me in a manner that was both condescending and unprofessional. This interaction was so upsetting that it brought me to tears—something that should never happen in a healthcare setting where patients are supposed to feel safe, heard, and cared for. Instead, I left feeling belittled and emotionally distressed. It is deeply concerning that a provider with such poor bedside manner is responsible for patient care. After my experience, I took the time to review other patient feedback and was not surprised to see a pattern of similar complaints regarding attitude, lack of empathy, and substandard service. Healthcare providers are entrusted with not only physical care but also emotional well-being. This experience failed on every level. I would strongly caution others before seeking care here and urge leadership to seriously address these ongoing issues.

This lady is so unprofessional. She doesn’t care to truly help the patient at all. Very condescending individual, she speaks to you like a child. Baptist hospital needs to look into this especially since she has so many bad reviews! I will never recommend anyone to go to her or this location!

she is by far the Worst DOCTOR!!! Bedside matters she have NONE!!!! she walked in the room and ask me what am i doing here as if im a Damn intruder !!!! she stood by the door never opened her computer to look at anything!!! i asked her a question she ask me what do i mean im like just what i said!!! very unconcerned!! very unprofessional!!!! shouldn’t be a Doctor with a I don’t give a Damn Attitude!!!! that was my last visit!!!!! I wouldn’t send my Dog to here!!!! very Rude !! Never looked at my Lab work to go over anything!! Never even turned her computer on !! She just stood by the door looking crazy and confused!!!! that was my 2nd and last visit!!!!
