Really the best! This well team is simply one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I am known for leaving honest reviews and I honestly love these guys. I waited for service because of good reputation and it was well worth the wait. I would like to not say this because they may get busier but the truth is they really are one of the best companies I have ever hired.

Chuck did a good job replacing solenoid for 3 zones and a tank on 7/10. Somewhere in August, everything else was working fine except, we found a cracked fitting at discharge of pump so we called and made appointment and he came on 8/28 to fix it. However, I am unsure what happened during the fix but he also replaced my WORKING PVC check valve (pics attached) by METAL material valve which is way more expensive at $80 a piece without discussing and having my approval. I asked him and he said he doesn’t have PVC valve. When I called to discuss the bill, Michelle talked her way, cited that my tank warranty is no longer secured, raised voice and shouted at me then rudely hung up the phone. And please do not negate to every feedback! A polite and constructive conversation could have solved this problem easily.

Chuck and Zach came within hours of my calling, due to a previous job finishing up early. I was ecstatic! Even happier after they resolved my broken sprinkler system. Very pleased. Many years experience made them very knowledgable.

We recently had a water softener installed and had a great experience. The two guys who did the installation were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. The system works great, and we could already feel a difference in the water after just a few days, especially when showering. The price was reasonable, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend!
