I am a current tent and I love the atmosphere it offers. The neighborhood is small yet it accommodates me and my family. It is even better now that we have a Property Manager that cares about this community. They are leasing now, stop by and ask for Beth, she is one in a million!
I love living here. It is a friendly place everyone pretty much stays to theirselves. The manager Beth is awesome, if i ever do have a problem with anything if i let her know about it. She does everything she can to help me. I do not plan on movi g anytime soon. Thank u American way for help me and my three kids with a beautiful new place to call home.
I am very interested in getting one for my family of 3. 2 adults and one 12 year old. My husband has a Very good job so income is not a problem. I will be picking up a application. Where we stay out now. We're been here for 8 years and not one thing has been done. So yes slumlord is a understatement. We just need help getting outta here. paying over 975 a month for a 3 bed and a extra bath that don't get used. I'm im embarrassed to let anyone in to see this . I keep a immaculate. It's just from the old carpet and the paint not ever being ever done. So please pray we for is and good bless you all. ..
Too expensive for income based housing. Absolutely no yard or anywhere for kids to play. The company also wants all of your personal information (social security numbers, income, birthdates, etc) before they will even SHOW you a unit. So to find out if you even WANT to live here, you have to give them your life and access to it. NO THANK YOU. This is a ridiculous managing company, bordering on unethical.
Great from the first contact with beth hanson she is amazing never had a property manager actually care about a tentant like she does. I def. Recommend her she is the sweetest person to work with and the home is beautiful. She def. Is the go to person if you are looking for your forever home. If you have any questions feel free to ask for beth hanson. Im telling you she is amazing.
