American Tree Solutions

In my backyard, I had an extremely large sweetgum tree that provided the most amazing shade! Love this tree, however, because it had holes in it it was getting wood rot. The woodpeckers have been eating way too much off it, and the root system became so invasive it started coming towards the foundation of the house. Much to my chagrin and it broke my heart. I had to take the tree out. I obtained five quotes from various trees services in the Duval County area. I have to say upon meeting Bud I immediately knew this is who I was going to trust. He explained things in a way that I understood how he was going to do it and what to expect. There was no pressure and when I asked about liability insurance immediately not a problem, he made a phone call and it was taken care of. That’s true commitment. His team arrived on time and I wished I had gotten everybody’s name so that I could mention them because not only where they professional they took care of my property. They had great customer service skills and they truly are experienced and professional at taking trees down more so extra large trees. The team worked together in unison and it was like watching clockwork. Everything happened the way it was supposed to. I was extremely impressed with how the tree came down in pieces and not once did anything come close to hitting my house or a neighbors. The team was outstanding! Overall, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this tree service! Starting from the initial contact with Bud to the team who came out, this was seamless, smooth and outstanding!!

Great fast service. Tree snapped by the wind on Sat. Sun morning came out to check the damage. Had a 6 guys here Mon morning 8am. Job was finished before 9:30. Tree landed on neighbors garage and fence. The guys did amazing work to not damage neighbors property. They helped tack back a couple of fence panels that came off. I kept the wood and they also cut it small enough to manage and into piles. Great service. They guys were all friendly and respectful. Debra

These guys are tree pros. They have all the tools and training to do the job right. Originally, Jessen and his guys removed 4 trees from my backyard. I called them back to remove 2 more. They hauled everything to the dump and ground the tree stumps into mulch. My backyard has returned!
