From an unusable backyard to mold on my ceiling and into my hvac ducts if I could rate this slumlord company a ZERO i would. My backyard floods into my patio with the lightest rains. AH4R outright refuses to do anything about. I have the Email from Samantha Benton the Property Manager stating so. I've had mold on my ceiling going on a month now. The complete lack of urgency by this company is legendary. Renters are responsible for EVERYTHING. AH4R does the absolute minimum and if possible less than the minimum. Run from this company.
