I would have left 0 stars if I could . I was two months late on my taxes and I dropped them off on July 15th. I have called several times and got excise after excuse . Nobody has even looked at them . I wouldn’t bother and idk how they have 5 stars . This is the last accountant team I would trust with my taxes and thanks to them and partially my fault but I out my trust in the fact that a simple 1040 wouldn’t take more than a day . I never got a call and o my excuses from agent answering phone . I am licking them up asap and finding somewhere better that sincerely cares about clients . It’s very unprofessional and bc they were already late and have not been taken care of , I will lose more money than I would have if I would have just did turbo tax or others that were recommended . Thank you for nothing .
