My first visit to this jewelry store was during the holidays and I found a pair of gold earrings here for a family member. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and personable. My husband came here for my Mother’s Day present and bought a beautiful pair of London Blue Topaz & gold earrings. I had a small issue with my earring backs and let me just say, this business has incredible customer service. The manager made sure to return my phone call immediately and resolve any issues I had promptly and professionally! We will be returning customers for years to come, thank you Jackie for the handwritten letter and amazing service. Going above and beyond for your customers is hard to find these days, so i appreciate when a family owned store represents the community so well.

First time here to the area. And Jackie helped me find a ring for me here. She was wonderful and so personable. I'm a yellow gold girls with a preference of smaller stones due to slimmer fingers. With some looking she helped me find the one I was so happy to wear home! Thank you so much! I definitely would love to come back here and refer my friends here!
