Amelia Tile and Stone Installation

If you are searching for a full-service tile company look no further than Amelia Tile and Stone of Yulee, FL. Tom and Taylor are professional, honest, polite and meticulous in detail! Tom was so helpful in replacing our entire shower floor. We are in a new home, however the "slope" on the shower floor would not allow proper drainage. There were areas where the slope fell away from the drain causing water to pool and take hours to evaporate, not drain. The only solution was to start over and that is exactly what Tom and Taylor did. After the old floor was removed, we discovered a solid concrete leveled stoop at the entrance to shower had been poured. The stoop was so large the floor just beyond, toward the drain could not be sloped adequately. With a jack hammer, Tom removed about half the depth of the stoop, re-poured the cure mud with adequate slope toward the drain, laid down a waterproof membrane, thin set mortar, new tile and finished it with colored grout. Our new shower floor is absolutely fabulous! We can't thank Tom and Taylor enough for a job well done at a very fair price! We highly recommend Amelia Tile and Stone for all your tile and stone projects. See the pictures below. The left picture is before, and notice the dark water stains from standing water that wouldn't drain and the right picture is after Tom's amazing work! Thank you for reading our review.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t be happier with the work Thomas and Greg York of Amelia Tile and Stone did on our home. They installed a stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace that completely transformed the room. From start to finish, they were everything you hope for in a contractor but rarely get: • Fair pricing with no surprises. • Dependable — they showed up exactly when they said they would. • Professional craftsmanship — the detail and finish on the fireplace are outstanding. • Respectful of our home — the job site was cleaned up at the end of every day. • Trustworthy — we felt comfortable enough to leave them unsupervised in our home, and that peace of mind says a lot. The finished fireplace is absolutely beautiful and has already become the centerpiece of our living space. If you’re looking for quality work, reliability, and honest people to deal with, Amelia Tile and Stone is the company you want. Highly recommend Thomas and Greg without hesitation.

A new backsplash can add a finished surface behind kitchen countertops while introducing another design element to the room. Installation may involve tile, stone, glass, or other materials selected to complement the existing cabinets and countertops. Compared with a plain or outdated wall behind the work area, a new backsplash can create a more coordinated appearance. Accurate layout and consistent spacing are important details. A completed installation can provide a focused kitchen update without requiring changes to the entire room.

We had a great experience with Tommy/Amelia Tile & Stone! Great communication, stuck to the schedule, and was very meticulous. You can really tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. He was also able to recommend a great glass company (the shower is open in these pictures because we're waiting for it to come in.)
