We had such a great time on this tour. The captain and crew were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun and relaxed from start to finish. Our son absolutely loved it, and honestly, so did we. We got to see wild horses on Cumberland Island, dolphins, gators, Fort Clinch, and some of the most beautiful scenery around Amelia Island. The way the water meets the marsh, beaches, and trees is simply beautiful. It felt like there was something new to see around every turn. The crew did a great job pointing things out and sharing interesting facts without it ever feeling like a history lecture. It was the perfect mix of wildlife, sightseeing, adventure, and just enjoying time on the water. Definitely money well spent, especially for families. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and we'd absolutely do it again. Highly recommend if you're visiting Amelia Island.

We had the best time with Amelia Island Pirate Voyages! It sprinkled on us a little during the trip, but that didn't stop us from having an amazing experience. One of the best parts was being able to stand at the front of the ship and look out over the water—it was such a fun and memorable view. Along the way, we saw wild horses, dolphins, and even the Pippi Longstocking house, which made the trip even more special. Brandon, our pirate, was incredibly fun and entertaining. He interacted so well with all of my kids, including the teenagers, and kept everyone engaged and happy the entire time. Captain David did a fantastic job keeping us safe while also sharing interesting information throughout the voyage. This was an unforgettable experience for our family, and we will definitely do it again. I highly recommend Amelia Island Pirate Voyages to anyone looking for a fun family adventure!
This experience was amazing! We took our 5 and 6 year old with us on the last day of vacation. The kids had a blast! They loved seeing wild horses and dolphins on the Voyage as well as "shooting cannons" at Forth Clinch. The staff is informative and definitely nails the pirate vibe. Our dog enjoyed the experience too.
We did the rumrunner sunset voyage and had the absolute best time. Music was great, vibes were even better. We loved the captain and crew and they led the charge in pillaging Ft. Clinch and viewing the wild horses of Cumberland and dolphins. Well worth the cost, and we’ve already told our friends and family that we’re all coming back!
Get your pirate on! This cruise was so much fun and absolutely beautiful. We could not believe the bonus nature finds we saw: wild horses, a bald eagle, alligators, and ‘bobcat’ (raccoon). The captain navigated deftly to give us closer looks. Cannon shots and great music. We did the sunset cruise and it was perfection! (Oh and be prepared for the most beautiful golden hour photos.)
