AMANDA WEST, OMNI REALTY GROUP OF NORTH FLORIDA INC

We were completely new to the beaches area and wanted to have someone we could trust to insure we bought a home in a desirable location. Amanda not only made sure of that but really educated us on the beaches community. Amanda was super professional and amazing to work with during and continuing long after closing with any help we needed or questions we may have. I would recommend Amanda to everybody . Thank you Amanda for everything you have done for us.

Amanda was great to work with. Very easy going, made the process extremely easy and streamlined and was always available to assist in any way possible to make the selling of our home easy. She knows the market and the value of homes, getting us top dollar. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience with Amanda being our realtor! Met her and Paul at an open house for one of their beautiful new builds. Few months later worked with Amanda to find a rental property. She went above and beyond for the house we were purchasing in Jax Beach that had many obstacles to overcome before we could close. We had a different question for her every day and she stayed on top of every question until we got answers from the sellers. Her expertise along with her husband Paul really sealed the deal for us when closing on our house. They even went to the city to check on permits for the house were pulled. Not many realtors would fact check sellers to the level Amanda did for us. Can’t wait to work with her again! We would highly recommend using her as a realtor.

Had an amazing experience with Amanda during my first home buying process. She literally walked me through every step in the process, making sure I did everything in a timely manner and making sure that the things that were supposed to be done by the seller were done. She was very thorough and no nonsense and made sure that I got everything I was entitled to. Couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!!
