I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this company. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I transferred my mother and her caregiver to this agency because her previous provider was no longer in network. From the start, communication was poor. Calls and messages were rarely returned in a timely manner. When I called to ask about arranging a substitute caregiver during a vacation, it took nearly four weeks to receive a callback. To make matters worse, my mother's caregiver was reprimanded simply because I had contacted the agency for assistance. The company seemed unable or unwilling to respond promptly to either clients or their own employees. After I finally became frustrated and transferred my mother to another provider, I received a phone call in which I was yelled at as if I had done something wrong. The interaction was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Our caregiver also frequently expressed frustration with the company's scheduling practices. It was extremely difficult to adjust her schedule when my mother needed care at a different time. In addition, deductions were being taken from the caregiver's paycheck without clear explanation. Seeing someone work so hard for minimum wage and then face unexplained deductions was very concerning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to families seeking dependable care or to caregivers looking for fair treatment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
If I could give them a negative 10 I would!!!! This company is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The management is rude, dismissive, and clearly does not value either their employees or the clients they are supposed to care for. Communication is terrible, concerns are ignored, and there seems to be no accountability whatsoever. Employees are treated poorly and without respect, which directly affects the quality of care and service provided to clients. It’s obvious that profits and appearances matter more to them than the well-being of the people who work there or the individuals relying on their services. I would strongly recommend others think twice before working for or trusting this company. A business that lacks compassion, professionalism, and integrity should not be responsible for caring for others.
I’m surprised at some of these reviews. We have had two caregivers from this agency and both have been wonderful to my parents. When I have had issues, I have called office and they help me work out the issues. No place is perfect, that for sure. But they have provided extra hands for my parents so they can continue living at home. Thank you.
Please please please don’t try to work here and please do not have them take care of your loved ones. I love what I do as a CNA, but they’re very unprofessional in different areas and I haven’t been with them even a month and I just quit And I’ve personally talked to a client and got the experience of how they treated him
Recently we were in dire need of an in-home caregiver. We were contacted by Anthony of Always Caring. His personality and caring attitude tweeked my interest immediately. He said he had a perfect match for my husband's 20-year Parkinson's situation. Her name is Taylor. She came into our home and immediately fit right in. Her can-do attitude was such a relief as we had recently lost the amazing loving caregiver we had had for over 4 years. Thinking we would never find anyone to replace our sweet Maggie, in came Taylor. Taylor began finding out exactly what my husband's particular needs and routine were and thereby fitting right in to our family. Taylor is very detail oriented and wastes no time in getting the job done. She was kind and firm when needed. She always took the initiative to do whatever needed to be done. Our prayers were answered. Thank you Always Caring, Taylor and Anthony, for helping us through a very stressful and personal time of need.
