Always Blue Pool Services

always blue pool services was great to work with for our pool project in jacksonville. cory was very responsive, easy to reach, and flexible from start to finish. he stayed closely involved with the pool crew and subcontractors during the whole build and was at the jobsite almost every day to keep everything moving the right way. he also took extra care to keep our yard neat and clean, which made the pool construction process much easier on our family. even when scheduling had a few challenges, the work kept moving in a timely manner. we are very happy with the finished pool, the overall service, and the attention to detail. the pool came out beautiful, the equipment setup was handled well, and the entire experience felt organized and professional. we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for pool building or pool services, and we would gladly use them again for another pool project.

It’s not common to find a pool cleaning and resurfacing team that truly earns a 10, but this crew absolutely did for us. After getting several estimates from different pool service companies and dealing with missed appointments and poor follow-through, we were relieved to find a team that was dependable from the start. From the first phone call, Cory answered our questions in a friendly and helpful way. If something needed to be double checked, we got a quick call back with clear information. Roman was also very available throughout the process, easy to talk to, and always informative. Ezekiel and the rest of the pool technicians were professional, respectful, on time, and very careful with our property. The whole pool project, from service planning to plaster and surface work, was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. At the end of each day, the work area was left neat and clean, and everything was secured before they left. It was a pleasure working with such an organized, well-run pool company. They were accommodating, easy to communicate with, and clearly take pride in quality pool care. We highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable pool cleaning, pool resurfacing, or general pool service.

I have been using this pool service company for water testing, pool chemicals, and pool care advice for quite a while. They also installed an automated salt system for our pool, and we have been very happy with how it performs. I highly recommend them for pool maintenance and equipment service. Everyone is professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable about keeping a pool clean and balanced in the Florida heat. Roman and Cory replaced our salt cell when ours suddenly stopped working under warranty. They did an excellent job and got our pool system running again very quickly.

Cory did an awesome job getting my pool deck and patio area ready. After I pressure washed, he handled the rest by sanding everything down, smoothing out the spots I missed, and finishing it with a clean professional touch. The whole poolside space looks like a night and day difference now. Fast, friendly pool service, very neat from start to finish, and the pricing was excellent. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance for any pool deck or patio work in Jacksonville.
