Alvin's Island - Fernandina Beach #757

Great place with a ton of items to choose from at a reasonable price. We were playing putt putt across the road and decided to stop in for some souvenirs and were blown away by the amount of stuff they had! Definitely check it out at the start of your vacation as well because they had a ton of beach and swimming related items.

Stopped in and spent quite a bit at this store on our way to the airport. They did not take the security tag off some items which I noticed when unpacking. I called the store and they said to take the items to other stores in my area and they would remove them. I tried 4 different stores and they all said they will only remove those takes from items from their stores due to theft concerns - understandable. When I called again, Ali the manager was rude and said “I can’t do anything.” When I asked if that’s really the type of customer service they have, she insisted they couldn’t do anything, that she didn’t care and I can try calling the corporate office. Surprise surprise, they don’t answer. Dave your money and don’t support this store with HORRIBLE customer service.

I went in to buy 1 thing walked out buying several things ,but its a great little soviner shop, friendly atmosphere. Just about anything you need or want for the beach or just in general , very nice place
