We celebrated our 2 year olds bday this past Saturday and he and all of his guest has a blast, we can't wait to do it again. Our host De'Shanti and her manager Windy was amazing from the time we got there. They both were very attentive and helpful the whole time we were there. We got the MVP package and let's just say we were ALL treated like MVPs. Thanks again Altitude in Jacksonville.
We had such a great experience at Altitude! We brought in a last-minute party of 10+ people, and Wendy and her team were amazing at helping us get everything together quickly and smoothly. The entire team was attentive, patient, and welcoming throughout our visit. They handled our large group with such a great attitude, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were. We had a great time and will definitely be back! Wendy is doing an awesome job managing her crew and creating such a positive experience for guests. Highly recommend Altitude! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had our son’s 5th birthday here yesterday and it was SO amazing! Connor was our party host and he SO incredibly kind and made our experience very easy and enjoyable! Thank you Connor for going above and beyond for us. Your kindness and patience did not go unnoticed!
Altitude Trampoline Park is an amazing place for families! I bring my developmentally delayed and medically complex daughter here, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The park is fun, but what really stands out is the staff. Everyone is kind, patient, accommodating, and always willing to help. They go above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we truly appreciate the care and compassion they show our family. Highly recommend!
Connor and Wendy made our day! My son is autistic and they go above and beyond to make each kid feel included and they genuinely care about each visitor! So glad I’m a member and I highly recommend altitude to everyone. Fitness for mental health is so important for our kiddos and in the heat and winter there is no better jump place. Thank you so much altitude for employing the kindest people who go above and beyond in their customer service!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
