Allstar Irrigation Company

We have used this company for SEVEN years for our yearly "tune-ups" or any other irrigation needs. Last month we paid $240, but realized this week, they aren't working properly. Half of my lawn isn't getting water. Called to make an appointment, and they say they can't come out for another month. I made the appointment, but called back today because we can't wait another month! My lawn has already been a month without water. The customer service is terrible! They didn't even try to move my appointment, squeeze me in somehow, let me talk to a supervisor, NOTHING. They could care less that I've been a good customer, and that they JUST charged me $240. I canceled my appointment, and told them they lost a good customer. They don't care!! I've called another company and they'll be here next week. We just purchased 4 acres of land to build a new house. Guess who WON"T be doing the irrigation?! Use anybody BUT this company.

Avoid this company, they did my front yard and backyard and I wish they hadn’t. Took 5 months to get a check from them they said was in the mail in October 2022 and finally got it February 2023 for the cost to replace plants. You pay for a warranty but if you don’t want to wait for when they want to have you use it you are labeled as pushy, and demanding. Even though you have asking what you paid for and they have been paid in full and it’s your right as a consumer to use your warranty as you see fit, not when they deem it to be ok. Much better options out there for landscaping work.

Never again. Allstar came out in late March for a system tune-up, a head fails one month later and they required another $125 service fee to replace a defective head that should have been replaced last time. You live and learn, I've learned. Hopefully they learn that reputation and customer satisfaction is everything in the service industry.

All star irrigation promised they would find out what was wrong with my sprinkler system and they did. I have had several people with no favorable results other to get a new well. I was so excited I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again Allstate irrigation👍👍
