Complaint Against Construction Company – Failure to Complete Contracted Work I am filing this complaint due to ongoing issues with a construction company I hired nearly two years ago. I paid this company over $35,000 to complete a bathroom renovation in my home. Despite paying the full balance—including a final payment of approximately $30,000 over six months ago—the project remains incomplete. I have had even Mr. Joe come out to my home and looked me in the eyes promising that the work will get done and completed, still nothing. I’ve been working with Thyler he’s been very helpful but all of a sudden I’ve been getting the jabbing around from him, I have to text him constantly to see when something will be done, calls and yet he refuses to answer my calls. This has cause so much more stress on me and my kids after the killing of my husband and boys. From the beginning, I upheld my end of the contract and made all required payments. However, the company has failed to fulfill their obligations. My bathroom is still only partially finished and has been unusable for nearly two years. This is unacceptable. Throughout this process, I have experienced repeated delays, lack of communication, and what feels like intentional avoidance. My calls and messages often go unanswered, and when I do get a response, I am given excuses or the runaround with no real progress made. I have reached out to multiple individuals within the company, but no one has taken responsibility or made a genuine effort to complete the work. Additionally, after charging me over $40,000, I was later told they “undercharged” for the shower door—despite everything being outlined in the original contract. This is unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. This situation has caused significant hardship for me and my children. We have already endured a traumatic time in our lives, and all we want is a completed home so we can begin to heal. Instead, we are left living in a home with unfinished construction, despite paying in full. At this point, I feel like I am begging for services that I have already paid for. Desired Resolution: I am requesting that the company either: 1. Immediately complete all remaining work as outlined in the original contract, or 2. Provide a substantial refund so I can hire another contractor to finish the job. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue further legal action. Called company today only to find out that the worker Thyler no longer works for them, so he gave me a number for a Chris Hoover. Who I spoke with him telling me that my work order was completed which I still don’t have a shower door installed And all this works need to be done Bathroom where cabinet needs to be installed cabinet sitting in my garage for over a year still not installed in my bathroom light fixture was changed paint behind light fixture need to be done. You can see the two different color. cabinet washer sitting in my garage for over a year need to be installed kitchen baseboard that was ripped up need to be completed and fixed and installed and painted bathroom vent fan ceiling was cut big hole gap where the fan was installed. Need to be fixed and painted. Do not use this company for anything,
I recently had a water heater burst that caused unexpected damage to both the walls and the carpet in my home. The way that Allied Restoration & Construction handled the repair work was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Bessie R. made sure the entire project ran smoothly and efficiently. The team arrived promptly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The wall repairs and painting were seamless—once finished, you’d never know there had been any damage at all. The plumbing for our water heater was fixed by a pro. The carpet restoration done by the team was equally impressive, with the room looking fresh, clean, and perfectly blended with the whole space. Lo aprecio mucho!!! What stood out the most was their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire project. They respected my home, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and completed the job faster than I expected without cutting corners. I’m truly grateful for their quality of work and the ease of the entire experience. So blessed to come across a team that knows what they’re doing. Just recently had my roof replaced and have zero complaints about Allied Restoration & Construction. Roof looks 40 times better, everything was cleaned up and went far and beyond for my family. I really appreciate the team at Allied who walked us through the whole process and the workers who came out and embraced the heat. Definitely recommending Allied to all my friends and family. Recently, my roof needed the original shingles replaced, and my insurance company assigned me to Allied Restoration and Construction in the Jacksonville area. Allied R&C assigned my case to Bessie Richardson as the job manager, and she was terrific, working out the details with sub-contractor Tony Rizzo Roofing Llc and keeping me informed (by phone, text, and email) from beginning to end! Tony called and explained exactly what to expect, and the job came off just as he described. Tony’s crew was very professional as they stripped, repaired, and re-shingled (Owens Corning Duration) the roof in only two days — and leaving the job-site completely clean! Overall, and even considering the noise of any roofing job, it was a very good experience! Thank you Bessie, Tony, and Crew!!!
We recently had our entire roof replaced by Allied Restoration and Construction Jacksonville, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The Senior Project Manager, Ms. Bessie, was phenomenal, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and present throughout the entire process. A large roofing crew from Rizzo Roofing, LLC arrived and completed the job in just one day, which was incredibly impressive. They worked efficiently and as a well-organized team. The crew supervisor took the time to introduce himself and walk us through the process, making sure all of our questions were answered. Everyone involved was professional, and the results speak for themselves, our roof looks beautiful. They also made sure our property was left clean, which we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, high-quality results.
