This office exists in the stone age and seems to feel to need to modernize for the benefit of its patients or even understand basic workflow principles that much of the rest of the world knows by now. When there is a conflict between what is convenient for the patient and what is convenient for the office, this office staff feels entitled to always and automatically do whatever is convenient for them, with apparently no need to regard or even consider what is best or most convenient for the patient. This is bad enough by itself, but when the business side of a practice operates like this, it suggests the same of the medical side- that medicine here is practiced with little care for the patients and as it was decades ago, with no effort to keep up with evolving standards of diagnosis and treatment. I would not trust this office to provide any sort of competent medical care at all, rather they will just waste your time and money and send you away with no help. Even though I CLEARLY have allergies and went to them for testing, they failed to diagnose me with any allergies, and then rather than simply admitting that they just didn't have an answer for my symptoms, they instead made up a bogus diagnosis just to put something in the chart. I had to tell them to take it out, because it's wrong, and contradicts what I spent a long time describing to the doctor about my symptoms. So clearly he just didn't even bother to listen to me, just wasted my time and then put whatever he wanted in my chart. DO NOT GO HERE.

I've been a patient with this office for almost two years now. The staff is absolutely amazing!! I have a borderline phobia of needles and the staff is very acknowledging of that and does their best to make it as always as possible. I actually look forward to the monthly visits so I can say hi and chat with them for a bit! Dr Lupoli is absolutely amazing as well. Any time I have the slightest problem with my allergies or asthma he's super quick to get me scheduled and seen, sometimes even squeezing me in to an already busy schedule. He's a fantastic listener and always addresses my concerns and is willing to try many different things if need be. It's honestly going to be a very bittersweet moment when I'm finally done with my allergy shots. Highly recommend!!

This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. I've been a patient for 3 years and have been so impressed by their helpfulness and efficiency. I'm so grateful to have found Allergy & Asthma.
