First time and Now going to be long time customer. I’m impressed! No tricks or fakes just a great shop run by car guys and good people. I met the old owner who is helping with the transition and new owner Mark and both were great. Communication was great and appreciated. I also got to witness them with another customer where they had told her previously her brakes were close. She came in and said it felt like it was time, They were really booked but they fit in her because She had a road trip in a few days and they said “we’ll find a way today, we don’t want you to be on a on your trip with questionable brakes”
I can’t recommend All Star Automotive enough! It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys are the real deal. They were honest about what my car actually needed and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The pricing was fair, and the communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future maintenance
Terry and the guys at All Star are outstanding and I trust them completely with anything my car needs. They replaced a broken tie rod on my front wheel and fixed my back brakes which were wearing unevenly. During routine maintenance at another shop in AB, they told me I needed repairs totaling almost $2000. I took my car to All Star and asked them to look it over. Terry told me what I really needed and gave me a very fair price that literally saved me over a thousand dollars. I have used All Star several times now and I highly recommend them!
In and out for an oil change at a fair price in 30 minutes! They took my car in right at the set appointment time, told me what to keep an eye on and sent me on my way. A local car shop I can trust. Thank you!
come in here all the time for my Audi. Always get everything fixed & changed quick. Great customer service from Mark & his team!! Will definitely be coming back here again.
