All Phase is a company with integrity. Customer support is above others in the pool industry. . Chase was the professional representative that elevated and positively impacted my experience. I highly recommend them thanks to them caring for me and helping me with my wet edge pool plaster.
Pool finish is Wet edge Cadet Blue and Grout color is Silver ,Tile choice is AY-624 This is a revised review that was previously a (1) star primarily due to lack of communication from Allphase responding to my calls and voice messages that I had left needing some followup things taken care of... I was informed that the best line of communication was via the group text that was started in the very beginning of my pool renovation which I had thought was the crew only and once finished that was useless, I was wrong! Once the communication problem was solved then everything started to happen and was taken care of in a timely manner and always very professional and just pleasant to converse with, I am more than pleased with the final product and would and have highly recommended this company ! I would like to also thank them for going the extra mile after start up, my original pool light worked but only for a couple of weeks, it was stuck on one color due to water getting inside housing and damaging the gears that rotate colors, they returned and tried to repair it and couldn't so they later returned with a brand new color changing light and installed it and I never received any invoice for this... I really do appreciate this , that's great customer service that will pay for itself over and over!!! Thank you for the Great Job, We love our new pool finish and will highly recommend your company to all of our friends and our business customers as well...
My husband and I are very please with everything from the quality of the work to the follow through. We're so glad we went with the pebble finish. I had no idea our pool and spa could look like this again. We have had so many compliments. We would recommend All Phase to anyone that asks!
I can't recommend All Phase enough, their team if very professional and will bend over backwards for you. Highly recommend!!
I recently hired All Phase Pool Remodeling to remodel my in-ground pool and patio enclosure, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial consultation to the final day of construction, their entire team demonstrated top-tier professionalism. What stood out to me the most was their communication. I always knew what phase of the remodel was happening next, and any questions I had were answered promptly by their office staff. The project managers were frequently on-site to ensure the work met high-quality standards.Remodeling a pool can be a stressful process, but All Phase Pool Remodeling kept the site incredibly organized and finished the job right on schedule. If you are looking to build a custom pool or remodel your existing backyard in the Jacksonville area, do yourself a favor and give them a call. They truly deliver on their promises!
