Update : July 9th : After re evaluating my claim they offered still less than half the value of my TV, which was damaged by them during the move. You could keep that money and invest on your employees’ training who pack the natural flowers vase in a kitchen household box. I had a terrible experience with this moving company, and unfortunately, I am still dealing with the consequences more than two weeks later. On June 12, 2026, two movers arrived at 8:30 a.m. for my move. Shortly afterward, the company called and asked if they could send two additional movers to speed up the process. I trusted their recommendation and agreed. Around 2:00 p.m., I had to leave. Everything seemed to be going well until my wife, who was at our new home, called me after checking our security cameras. She noticed that two of the movers were standing around talking instead of working. Around the same time, my neighbor called to complain that the moving truck was blocking her driveway. I contacted the office, and they apologized. While these issues were frustrating, I considered them manageable. When the movers arrived at my new home, they asked me to pay before unloading, which I understood was their policy. They also informed me that I would be charged until 6:45 p.m. and that any unused time would be refunded if the job was completed earlier. The real problems began after the move was finished. One of the movers, who was professional and courteous throughout the day, informed me that my bed headboard had been damaged and showed me the damage. He also told me that the crew had finished one hour earlier than the time I was charged for. He called the office himself and advised me that I should receive a refund for one hour of labor for four movers ($240), plus an adjustment to the fuel charge, for a total refund of approximately $300. After the movers left, I immediately discovered that my brand-new 75-inch Samsung QLED TV had been severely damaged on the bottom-left corner. When I turned it on, half of the screen was black and unusable. This was a TV I had recently purchased so my family could enjoy watching the FIFA World Cup together. Today is June 27, 2026. More than 15 days after the move, I still have not received my final invoice, and I have not received the promised refund of approximately $300. I submitted a claim for both my damaged bed headboard and my TV. The settlement offer I received was not even enough to cover one-third of the TV’s value. I did not accept or sign the settlement because I believe it is unfair and does not reflect the actual damage. I contacted customer service to dispute the settlement. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, my call was disconnected. When I called back, I was told that my claim would be re-evaluated, but they made it clear that there was no guarantee the revised offer would be any closer to the actual value of my loss. The representative repeatedly told me that the settlement was based on the contract I signed, which compensates customers according to the weight of the damaged items rather than their actual value. My response was simple: I trusted this company. I trusted them when they asked to add two more movers to my job. I trusted them to handle my belongings with care. I never expected that they would damage my brand-new TV and then tell me that its value was determined by its weight. I also requested my invoice. I was transferred to another department, where I was told they were short-staffed and that my invoice would be sent the following day. That was over a week ago, and I still have not received it. More than two weeks after my move, I still don’t have my invoice, I haven’t received the promised refund, and my claim remains unresolved. This entire experience has completely broken my trust in this company. From the damaged property and broken promises to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I have spent more time chasing answers than enjoying my new home. Based on my experience, I don’t recommend this company.

UPDATE: 2/28/26 Three weeks after my first move, All My Sons came back out to move my belongings from a storage unit into my new home. Kayden, Anthony and Christopher were amazing! Matt behind the scenes is friendly, answers all your questions at time of booking and has great customer service. I will recommend this company to anyone! 2/7/26 I can’t say enough about All My Sons. Professional, friendly and amazing customer service. Kayden, Dre and Joseph handled all my furniture/belongings with care. Thank you to Matthew when booking for making this a very smooth transition. I would book again and refer these guys in a heartbeat!
I can’t say enough good about my experience! Tyrone and Owen were my movers and they were excellent! The communication was timely and they showed up to work! I was very worried that there wouldn’t be enough room in my storage pod for everything. Not only did they fit everything, there was room to spare. It’s really a thing of beauty. I am so grateful that I was able to hire professional movers and Tyrone and Owen exceeded my expectations. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!
I had an extremely poor experience dealing with these guys. My neighbor was moving out and these guys decided to block my entire drive way for the entire day on Sunday. I had to ask permission to leave my house and re enter my house all day. Each time they took longer and longer to move the truck as if it was my fault. I had people behind me in their car stuck in the road getting mad at me because I couldn’t get into my own driveway. Finally they left around 3pm so I thought they had finished the job but they had not. First thing Monday morning they showed up again in the exact same spot. I told them to leave and they refused. I was forced to call the sheriffs office at this point and have a deputy come down and ask them to park across the street. While I was talking to the deputy the driver from the moving company tried to stare me down and intimidate me. The deputy left and the movers left their truck there for another hour and a half until they finally left. On their way out they honked and set off the alarm for the neighbors car down the road.
I’ve used All My Sons Moving & Sons several times for local and interstate moves. Each time I’ve been pleased with the movers professionalism, care with packing my things, communication during the moving process and timeliness with delivery! This time I had Kayden and crew and my move experience was great… exactly what I’ve gotten in the past! Kayden and his colleague (don’t remember his name) but both were very personable, pleasant and patient with how much stuff we had to move. Thanks guys!! Highly recommend this company!
