I had to have a lock cut off of my unit and Deter at All in Storage was a great help. He put in the request and kept me informed of what was happening step by step. He let me know as soon as it was done to give me all the information I would need to access my unit. I so appreciate Deter going above and beyond for me you are doing an excellent job for All in Storage…!!! Thank you Angela
Stephanie was extremely helpful with my account. My unit payment was tied to a credit card that got compromised. A new card had to be added to pay my account payment currently due. She took care of deleting the old card and adding the new card so I could pay my payment. She was very personable and as I mentioned she was very helpful with getting everything switched over to the new card.
Great rental place! I added another storage unit but their system had an issue with getting the promotion correct, so I had to call. I spoke with Ken and he was extremely professional and helpful! He got the issue escalated to a manager and it was resolved quickly. I'm happy! Thanks for the great customer service!
Clean place to store your items but your rates will be raised continuously. These people charged me for a month but didn’t want to give me access because a move out had already been processed meaning, I was screwed because of new billing cycle but all they said was sorry, nothing we can do.
Patricia is the BEST! So patient and kind. The world needs more people like her!
