I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chelsea Derbaum, DMD, and her amazing team! I had an accident where I hit my mouth and broke part of my front tooth, and I was absolutely devastated. Alexander Dental was incredible and went above and beyond to get me in the very same day on two occasions. Because of their quick response and compassion, I didn’t have to walk around or go to work with half of my front tooth missing. Dr. Derbaum did an exceptional job repairing my tooth. Her work is truly beautiful, you would never know that my tooth had been damaged. She is not only incredibly talented and meticulous, but she is also kind, caring, gentle, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I am so grateful to Dr. Derbaum and Alexander Dental for taking such great care of me when I really needed it. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in the best hands. I was referred by the VA for snap in dentures and from the surgery with Dr.Woodling to the actual date that they put in my final snap in dentures was eight months. During the entire process I met so many nice associates that helped me every step of the way, all very professional and caring. A very special thank you to Lisa who was with me for the entire process and for her wealth of knowledge about the what’s and why’s of everything ! Lisa made me feel comfortable all throughout the process. Thank you Lisa !! I would like to give them 5 stars, the staff is pretty professional and all friendly and helpful. My issue is with how much this place has grown and the lack of personalbility, and the quantity vs quality vibe they have now. Mainly with the actual dentist that comes in during my cleaning to inspect my teeth, after my cleaning i waited about 25 minutes for them to come in, only asked me if i had any issues that i might of had, looked at my teeth for less than a minute and was gone without a word. I have a hard time believing they could do any kind of quality inspection in that amount of time, which hopefully means they are relying on there hygenists to spot any issues. They have grown a ton in the last few years which is good for them, but I prefered the smaller family feel they used to have.

Erica was so kind and patient with my husband who is a disabled veteran. She took time to make him comfortable and came up with a plan to suit his oral hygiene. We enjoy the partnership of Alexander dental.
