Dr Alex Arce,DO, is the most exceptional primary care physician I have ever worked with. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he consistently goes above and beyond-- even reviewing and managing my case outside of office visits. A mention of cognitive change and be sent me to the best Neurologist in Jacksonville who found i have cognitive changes due to inherited Lewy Body and Alzheimer's with APOE04, 3/4; and is working with them in my treatment and care management. He also insisted on handling the "scraping" of an altered mole that had flattened, turned red and is now growing edges. His clinical judgment, follow-through, and familial compassion set a standard that other physicians should aspire to. Dr Arce is thorough, proactive, and genuinely invested in all his patients' well-being. Jacksonville and Ascension St Vincent is fortunate to have him. WandaLou McInturff
