Wow, what a great staff and what an outstanding doctor. Dr. Brown is one of the most personable and delightful doctors I’ve had the good fortune to work with. He made the appointment interesting, fun, and productive. Additionally, as a patient, I felt he listened carefully and was very knowledgeable as well as terrific at explaining what my x-rays revealed and what the diagnosis meant. Dr. Brown is patient, caring, knowledgeable, and explains the treatment process. His friendly and professional manner helps to put me at ease if I’m getting an injection that day.
Second walk in visit. Staff is friendly and concerned about your injury. Dr. Brown and his assistant were sympathetic and helpful. Dr. Brown made an informative and encouraging diagnosis, good advice, and lots of suggestions to heal. This is my go to place if needed.
Doctor brown is so personable and explains everything to you concerning your medical issue. He's definitely not condescending and he doesn't speak rapidly. He spoke to me face-to-face as he examined my wrist. That's something that many doctors don't do. He made me feel important and valued.
Totally impressed!!!! Dr. Brown took time to hear my history, talk about several options and then asked, “what are you thinking?” The whole office experience was outstanding! (Check in, x-ray, in-take history, doctor and checkout) The office is also immaculate! Keep up the great work!
