Working with Alex and Amanda was amazing, they are top notch! They handled every detail and answered every question promptly. The anticipated our next steps and let me be prepared way before hand. My husband and I moved from Maryland to Jacksonville Florida which was no easy task. We were not available to travel to FL so we had to do everything online. We looked at so many houses online that we loved but we had to wait to settle on our home in MD first. Alex was so kind, understanding, flexible, and worked with us every step of the way. When we were ready to look at houses, he set up Facetime with us and he showed us whatever we wanted to see up close. We did have one thing going for us, my husband has a sister who has lived in Jacksonville for 40 years so she was able to look at the houses with Alex. When Alex arranged for the home inspection both he and my sister-in-law were present. Alex referred us to a financial company who helped us figure out payments upfront to determine what we could actually afford. We even had a traveling notary come to our house in MD to settle on our new home in FL. All necessary documents were signed online - it was really a very easy process. When we got to our new home in FL, Alex's wife and realtor partner had a basket of goodies waiting for us, one of which was a stamper with our new address - came in very handy! Alex will go the extra mile - when we discovered that our living fan and light was not working he came with a ladder and looked at it for us. That was the first time we met him and his adorable daughter. You cannot go wrong with the Creech team! I highly recommend them!!
