I started a process early in October, but at early December, I learned there are no appointments left before the end of the year, and there’s not enough time to get the device made even if there were appointments. I am moving out of the state, and will have to start all over. I don’t feel like they were very emphatic or accommodating when I told all involved in October that I needed to be done by first week of January. The person I spoke to even said,, ‘Every one is like me, trying to get it done by the end of the year.’ All I asked for in the first place is a simple anti-snoring device! Now I have a sleep apnea diagnosis! I’ll order a mouthpiece on line and hope it helps with the snoring, all the time worrying if I’llI die in my sleep.
